MEET JANIS ISAMAN
As the founder of My Body Couture, a one-on-one private movement studio, Janis is a Trauma Sensitive Movement Specialist dedicated to offering customized, body-focused fitness services to individuals with chronic pain, illness, injuries, and other movement limitations.

In addition to her work with clients, Janis leads professional training programs, helping other movement and mental health professionals earn continuing education and expand their practices.
Outside of her professional work, Janis is an active community volunteer with organizations such as the Calgary Stampede, 17th Avenue Business District, Heritage Park, Telus Spark, and The Confluence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta and is an engaged and connected mother.
